成形网酸碱清洗效果的研究

主要介绍了对成形网污垢的清洗,常用酸洗成形网的浓度范围2%～4%;Na2CO3溶液洗涤浓度在1%。通过实验得出:HCl溶液浓度为3%、温度为30℃时清洗效果最好;Na2CO3溶液浓度为1%、温度为30℃时清洗效果最好。

The paper mainly introduces the washing of forming wire; the concentration range of ,acid is 2% -4% and thecoilcentration of sodium carbonate solution is 1%. The conclusion through the experi ments indicate that washing effeot for the forming wire is optimal for hydrochloric acid sotutJon concentration Of 3% and temperature 30℃. and for sodium carbonate solution concentration of 3% and temperaturn 30℃.
