摘要
为了评价GIS常用三元乙丙、丁腈、氯丁橡胶O形圈性能的优劣,在相同试验条件下笔者对3种橡胶进行了试验。通过试验结果分析,给出了3种橡胶力学性能、耐受热老化和天候老化性能、耐受液体浸渍性能和低温性能的优劣排序,可以作为GIS厂家技术人员优选O形圈的参考。
In order to evaluate merits and demerits among EPDM, NBR and CR O-rings commonly used in gas insulating switeh, the three kinds of rubber samples were tested under the same conditions. Analyzing the test results, the comparive orders for mechanical properties, heat-or weather-aging resistance, liquid dipping resistance and low temperature behaviour of the three rubbers were presented, which can be used as a reference for GIS manufacturers to select O-rings.
