摘要
钒是人体不可缺少的微量元素之一,人体中钒含量过高或过低都会影响人体的新陈代谢,从而引起不适应症状甚至病变。钒主要存在于岩石矿物中,钢铁、淤泥、废水、食品甚至于人的头发中也含有微量钒。
A catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace vanadium (V) based on the redox reaction between potassium bromate and remazol brilliant blue R in the presence of aseorbie acid as an activator in acetic acid medium has been proposed. The optimum conditions and kinetic parameters have been in vestigated. The calibration graph is linear for 0- 6.4μg·L^-1 V(V). The detection limit for vanadium (V) is 3.4×10^11g·mL^-1. The catalytic and non - catalytic reactions are the first -order on vanadium (V). The apparent activation energy of the catalytic reaction is 69. 84 KJ·mol^-1. The Relative Standard Deviations(RSD) are 0. 53% and the recoveries are 96. 7 % - 100.3 %. The method has been applied to the determination of trace vanadium (V) in water and flour samples with satisfactory results.
