FeCl_3催化作用下醇的氯代反应研究

摘要 氯代反应是将含氧基团化合物转化为氯代化合物的一种重要的反应方法。一般使用HCl,SOCl2/HMPT,PCl3,PPh3/CCl4,Vilsmeier-Haack试剂,Viehe盐等作为氯代试剂对醇类化合物的羟基进行氯代反应。然而,在反应中因为氯化氢的产生,使该反应方法发生一些副反应,影响产物提纯和收率。近年来人们不断寻找新的合成方法,相继报道了采用NbCl5,TaCl5,wCl6或InCl3等金属离子试剂将伯醇和仲醇转化为相应的氯代烷烃。 Catalyzed by FeCl3 , the chlorination of alcohols compotmds into their corresponding chlorides have been achieved in the presence of dichloromethylsilane( MeSiHCl2 ) . The appropriate reaction conditions are as follows:temperature is 84℃, time is 3 - 4h, alcohol is 1.00mmol, MeSiHCl2 is 1.10mmol, FeCl3 is 0. lmmol, 1,2 -dimethoxyethane is 20mL. Under such condition the yield are 20%~96%.
