摘要
将无灰无硫化碱脱毛浸灰试验工艺同传统石灰硫化碱脱毛浸灰工艺在绵羊皮上的应用进行了对比。通过浸灰皮组织切片、浸灰废液中羟脯氨酸和蛋白多糖含量、铬在皮中的层分布和革物理机械性能证明了无灰无硫化碱试验方法脱毛完全、对皮胶原纤维的分散程度足够;而且由该试验工艺得到的革的物理机械性能和由传统工艺得到的革的各项性能相似。
A process of sheepskin leather in beamhouse was investigated, which studied sulfides and sulfide-free unhairing, liming and lime-free swelling. Before tanning, pelt histological microstructure was observed and hydroxyproline and polysaccharide in liming and lime-free swelling solution were tested. After chrome tanning, sratigraphic chromium distribution and physical mechanics propertied of two contrast samples were analysed. The results indicated sulfide-free or auxiliaries unhairing was efficient, lime-free swelling can remove less hydroxyproline but more polysaccharide. Physical mechanics propertied of trial process leather are the same as conventional leather.
