摘要 简要介绍了唐山钢铁公司1 700 mm五机架酸轧机组的工艺参数、设备参数以及关键传感器配置.重点研究了冷连轧机组部分的自动化控制系统软件包,它包括基于神经元网络、成本函数和轧制物理模型的CORUMTM过程工艺模型以及集高精度、高响应、多变量为一体的厚度、张力和平直度闭环控制技术.现场实际应用效果表明:基于先进工艺模型的预设定方法结合在线的闭环控制技术保证了板带产品质量,最终产品具有较高的厚度精度和平直度精度. Introduces briefly process parameters, mechanical parameters and configuration of key sensors of the new 1 700 mm 5-stand cold-rolling mill with pickling line in Tangsteel. Investigates mainly the core function of the TCM automation control software package involving the CORUMTM physical process model based on neural network and cost functions and the advanced high accuracy/response and multi-variable closed-loop system to control workpiece gauge, tension and flatness. The practical application results show that the preset based on the advanced process model in combination with online closed-loop control can ensure the strip quality so as to provide the accurate gauge and flatness of finished products.
