摘要
目的建立山东潍坊鲜无蹼壁虎的高效液相色谱指纹图谱。方法采用高效液相色谱法分析壁虎提取液中相关物质的保留时间和吸收强度,以确定适当的色谱条件,获得色谱数据。结果在选定的色谱条件下,给出了较好的保留时间分布和吸收强度,建立起鲜无蹼壁虎的HPLC指纹图谱。结论山东潍坊鲜无蹼壁虎HPLC指纹图谱可有效地鉴定鲜无蹼壁虎,从而更好地控制中药材的质量。
Objective To establish HPI,C fingerprint of fresh Gekko Swinhonis in Weifang,Shandong province. Methods The retention time and absorption intensity of extracts of Gekko Swinhonis were determined by HPLC to confirm the proper chromatographic condition and obtained the data. Results The better distribution of retention time and absorption intensify were shown under the given chromatographic condition and the HPLC fingerprint was established. Conclusions The fresh Gekko Swinhonis can be identified effectively by its HPLC fingerprint,so to control the quality of the Chinese medicinal material better.
