总线型控制系统中有效数据的实时传输

摘要 在强实时要求的情况下,总线型控制系统中节点间有效数据的传输方式及传输时间对系统的整体性能有重要影响,因此如何提高节点间有效数据的传输效率就成为一个重要的研究课题。在分析了当前流行的工业现场总线Profibus基础上,基于FPGA技术提出一种适合小型化、强实时控制系统的新型令牌总线通讯模型及其体系结构;介绍了该体系结构的拓扑方式,详细阐述了其数据链路层数据的传输方法、实时数据的类型及帧格式;设计了节点的硬件电路,给出了应用层接口函数及节点间有效数据传输时间的理论最大值和实际测试结果。从仿真和试验结果来看,该实时网在一定程度上满足了工业测控系统实时通讯的要求,实时性强,具有一定的实用性和推广价值。 In case of high real-time requirement, transmission means and transmission time of effective data between nodes in a bus control system have important influence on the system's whole performance. Therefore how to improve transmission efficiency of the effective data among nodes becomes an important subject for research. On the basis of analyzing popular field-bus of industry at present and by using FPGA technology, a new token-bus structure is presented which is suitable for small-scale control system. Its topological mode is introduced,and the data transmission means at data link layer,type of real-time data and frame form are illustrated in detail. Hardware circuit of node was designed. Interface functions of application layer, theoretical maximal value of data transmission time and actual test results are given. According to simulation and experimental results, the network has high real-time performance, and can satisfy the communication request of industry measurement/control system.
