摘要
由于房地产消费者普遍关注居住环境,使得房地产开发商在开发过程中更多地考虑房地产与住区景观的结合。作者对房地产开发与住区景观设计的关系、结合的必要性、形态、未来的发展方向等问题进行了尝试性探讨。
Due to the habitation environment has caused wide public concern, the real estate developers took the combination of real estate and residential landscape into account more than ever. This paper was concerned with the relationship between real estate development and residential landscape, including the necessity, modality and development direction of the combination.
