摘要
目的探索水中痕量铅的石墨炉原子吸收法测定。方法以还原钯作基体改进剂,采用更灵敏的217.0nm 谱线。结果高灰化温度降低了背景吸收,消除了基体干扰,铅检出限0.024 μl/L,精密度为1.90%~6.10%,回收率为96.0~104.8%。结论方法简便、快速,无需化学预处理,灵敏度高,适合水中痕量铅的测定。
Objective To explore a method for determination of trace Pb in water by graphite furnace atomic absorption. Method The more sensitive 217.0nm line is used and reduced-palladium is matrix modifier. Results At the high ashing temperature,background absorbance is reduced, interference is eliminated. The method limit is 0.024μl/L,precision is 1.90%-6.10% ,the mean recovery is 96.0% -104.8%.Conclusion The method is simple and rapid,without any chemical pretreatment.The sensitivity is high. It is very good methods for measuring trace Pb in water.
