摘要
阐述了铁路货车三大件转向架交叉支撑技术的作用原理和技术关键,并应用动力学仿真软件研究了车辆的动力学性能与交叉支撑装置特性参数的关系,应用疲劳理论和试验研究手段对交叉支撑装置的可靠性和结构进行了研究改进,完善了提速、重载货车转向架的结构及参数,提高了交叉支撑装置的使用寿命和交叉支撑转向架的可靠性。应用转向架参数测试台对交叉支撑转向架进行了系统的参数测试,并通过线路动力学试验验证了装用交叉支撑转向架的货车可满足我国铁道车辆动力学规范的要求。
The operation principle and key points of frame brace technology for bogies of railway freight cars are described. The relationship between the characteristic parameters of the frame brace equipment and the vehicle dynamic performance is illustrated by dynamics simulation. The reliability and structure of the frame brace equipment are improved under the fatigue theory and by means of experimental ways. This results in perfected structures and parameters of freight car bogies,longer service life of the frame brace equipment,and betterreliability of frame brace bogies. The characteristics of the frame brace bogies are systematically tested with the bogie parameter test rig. It is verified through field tests that freight cars with frame brace bogies can satisfy all requirements of the chinese national dynamics specifications for railway vehicles.
