影响广东省经济欠发达地区业余体校训练的主要因素

Research on the Main Facters of Affecting Amateurish Sports School Training in Lack of Development Region of Guangdong

通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、因子分析法等对影响广东省经济欠发达地区业余体校训练的主要因素进行研究,得出其主要影响因素为教练员因素、运动员因素、经济因素、计划目标因素、场地器材因素、体制因素、环境因素、激励因素等8个方面,与其高度相关的有20个子因子。并对这些因素进行了深入的分析,为广东省经济欠发达地区业余体校的训练提供了科学地参考依据。

Using the methods of documentary, questionnaire and gene analysis etc., the author researches on the main facters of affecting amateurish sports school training in lack of development region of guangdong, the results show that the effect factors including coach, athletes, economy, plan target, ground equipment, system, environment and inspiriting. And analyzes deeply these factors, aiming to provide references for amateurish sports school training in Guangdong.
