运动和大豆多肽对高脂饮食大鼠肝组织抗氧化能力及肝细胞超微结构的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:本实验研究运动和补充大豆多肽对高脂饮食大鼠肝脏抗氧化能力的干预作用及其机制。方法:雄性SD大鼠60只,随机分为C组(普通饲料对照组)、HF组(高脂饮食组)、HE组(高脂饮食+运动组)、HS组(高脂饮食+大豆多肽组)、HES组(高脂饮食+运动+大豆多肽组)5组,HE组和HES组大鼠进行每周6次60min的无负重游泳。HS组和HES组大鼠在训练当天的上午均按500mg/KgBW的剂量用大豆多肽灌胃。结果:与C组相比,HF组大鼠肝组织MDA水平显著上升,而SOD活力显著下降。HE组和HS组以及HES组MDA水平均显著下降,SOD活力显著上升。结论:研究结果提示,运动和大豆多肽均可以加快高脂饮食大鼠肝组织自由基的清除,并能有效改善高脂饮食所致的大鼠肝细胞超微结构的损伤;同时,双因素方差分析表明,运动和大豆多肽对降低高脂饮食大鼠肝内MDA浓度和增强肝内SOD活力有明显的交互作用。 The Objective of this paper is to explore the intervention effects of aerobic exercise and the supplement of soy polypeptide on the antioxidation performance and ultrastructure of high-fat-diet rats, and discover the possible mechanisms. taking 60 SD rats were divided randomly into five groups, such as the ordinary feed control group, high fat diet group, high fat diet + exercise group, high fat diet + soy peptides group, high fat diet + exercise + soy peptides group. The fatty liver disease model induce by high fat diets. And the other group rats feed with high fat diet concurrent with exercise, or soy polypeptide, or exercise and soy polypeptide. The training plan for the rats was 60 minutes unloaded swimming which would be done 6 days per week for 10 weeks. All rats had a adaptable fed before the experiment. The dose of the SPI was 500mg/kgBW. The MDA contents and SOD activity in the liver were detected at the end of experiment while the morphological changes of the liver tissues were observed under transmission electron microscope. Compared with C group, the SOD activity in the livers of HF group decreased significantly, while the concentration of MDA increased dramatically. Both aerobic exercise and the supplement of SPI could increase the SOD activity in high fat diets rats' liver and lower the concentration of MDA significantly. The research results indicated that both aerobic exercise and the supplement of SPI could promote the clearance of free radicals and improve the ultra-structure damages of high-fat-diet rats. Through the double factor variance analysis, exercise and the supplement of SPI displayed significant interaction in increasing the SOD activity and lowering the concentration of MDA in high fat diets rats' liver.
