人参二醇类皂苷转化成C-K细菌的研究 被引量:9

摘要 为了得到把人参二醇类皂苷转化为C-K的特种人参皂苷糖苷酶,采用TLC、HPLC等酶活力检测方法对Arthrobacter sp.3,Rhodopseudomonas sp.18菌进行了菌种筛选。结果表明,该菌大豆汁培养基中25℃发酵主要产生将人参二醇类皂苷转化成Rg3的酶;35℃发酵主要产将人参二醇类皂苷转化成F2和C-K的酶。3号菌产酶发酵时间短,一般为2~4d;18号菌发酵时间长,一般为4~8d。 Produce of ginsenosidases transforming protopanaxadiol saponin into compound-K (C-K) by Arthrobacter sp. 3 and Rhodopseudomonas sp. 18 was examined by TLC and HPLC. Enzyme produced mainly transformate protopanaxadiol saponin into Rg3 at 25 ℃ and F2 and C-K at 35 ℃. The fermentation time of Arthrobacter sp. 3 was 2 to 4 days, and that of Rhodopseudomonas sp. 18 was 4 to 8 days.
