摘要
介绍了利用物镜测微尺对显微图像系统进行尺度定标的图像处理方法,并在3种不同放大倍数下,对WC-CL320型摄像头/XSJ-2型显微镜图像采集系统进行了定标;同时对大草履虫显微图像进行了分析。结果表明,大草履虫的体长为0.184-0.197mm,与有关资料数据相符,证明该定标方法是实用的。
The image processing method using lens was introduced. The image system of WC-CL320 micrometer to calibrate microscope image system camera/XSJ-2 microscope was calibrated by the method at three different magnifications, and the microscopic image of paramecium was analyzed. Resuits showed that the length of paramecium was between 0. 184 and 0. 197 mm, which is consistent with reference data.
