虎眼万年青皂苷提取方法的比较和工艺的优化

Extraction of caudaside from Ornithogalum caudatum Ait

为了确定提取虎眼万年青皂苷的最佳提取工艺,以虎眼万年青总皂苷得率为指标,比较了水煎煮、水超声、乙醇浸提和乙醇超声4种方法的提取效果。结果表明,乙醇浸提法具有提取率高、操作简便、成本低等特点;乙醇浸提法的最佳提取条件是:加15倍量60%乙醇溶液在70℃浸泡提取3次,每次5 h。

The extraction of caudaside from Ornithogalum caudatum Ait by different methods was compared with caudaside yield as index. Alcohol extraction showed higher caudaside yield in which 15 volume of 60% alcohol was used for extraction at 70 ℃ for three times and five hours once.
