摘要
在浓硫酸作催化剂的条件下,采用苯酚作液化剂将秸秆液化制备其液化产物。利用正交试验考察了液比(苯酚与秸秆质量比)、催化剂用量、反应温度和反应时间对液化反应的影响。结果表明,在液比为5∶1,反应温度为150℃,反应时间为90 min,催化剂用量为1.0 mmol/g时,残渣率为2.44%、化合酚为243.02%。通过FT-IR对液化产物的结构进行了表征,证明在液化产物中含有芳环结构。
Corn straw was liquefied by phenol with sulfuric acid as catalyst. The effects of different phenol/corn straw ratio, sulfuric acid concentration, temperature and time on liquefaction were investigated by orthogonal test. Results showed that the liquid ratio (phenol/corn straw) of 5 : 1, reaction temperature of 150 ℃, time of 90 min, and acid concentration of 1.0 mmol/g were ideal conditions for the reaction under which the residue content was 2.44% and the combined phenol was 243.02%. The structure of liquefied corn straw was characterized by FT-IR and aromatic ring was improved to exist.
