摘要
教师职业是一种道德服务。教师职业客观上要求教师道德成长,教师的自身发展也需要道德成长。教师道德成长是教师专业成长的重要组成部分,是教师专业成长的动力源,影响、制约着教师的教学和科研能力的发展。
Teaching as a profession should serve ethics. Objectively teachers' self-growth as well as teachers' profession requires teachers' ethic development, which is the main component and original motivation of teachers' professional development, affecting and restraining teachers' teaching and scientific research development.
