摘要
本文站在基层一线教育管理者的角度,考察英国校园文化,反思本土校园文化,并进行建设性的实践探讨,旨在引领更多的教育管理者摈弃背离孩子的奢侈虚假的所谓校园文化,建设源于孩子、基于孩子、出于孩子的七彩本真的校园文化。
This paper, from the perspective of an education administrator, inspects and investigates British school culture, and reflects on our local school culture, with the intention of leading more educational administrators to discard extravagant and falsified school culture and establish the true and natural school culture of children, for children and from children.
