摘要
分析了在信息化战争中面临的新问题，提出为培养人才需要建设航空电子对抗实验室的原则、方向和重点，给出了航空电子对抗实验室的建设思路。
The new problems that the military army faces the communication warfare have been analyzed. For the necessity of training talents, the principle, direction and key point of building the aero- electronic countermeasure laboratory have been presented, and the notion of its development has been proposed.
