电子创新实训基地的构建

The construction of electronic innovative training base

为进一步加强对学生综合实践和能力技术的培养，根据当前电子制造行业飞速发展对技能型人才的基本要求并结合农业工程职业院校的实际情况，该文提出了电子创新实训基地建设的思路、方法和管理运行的措施，并据此建成了以电子工艺训练为主的校电子技术创新实训基地。该基地的建成和投入使用既推动了专业教学改革，又取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。

For the purpose of cultivating the comprehensive practical capabilities of students more, according to the basic requirements for skill talents while currently electronic manufacturing industry developing rapidly, and combining with the practical situation of agriculture engineering polytechnic colleges, this paper presents the constructing way and the management measure of electronic innovative training base （EITB）. Hereby, our college＇s EITB which will mainly fulfill electronic craft training was constructed. So the specialized teaching reform was motivated and the better social and economic benefits are obtained as well.
