摘要
视频图像中运动目标检测是计算机视觉领域的重要研究内容。基于多分辨率分级分块的思想,采用了一种有效的块边缘检测算法,改进了二值图像边缘检测所用的传统方法,减少了确定边缘的时间,实验结果表明,该方法是比较有效的。
Moving object detection is an important research on computer video area, An efficient blocked edge detecting algorithm is adopted, based on the notion of multi - resolution classific blocks. It improved traditional curve evolvement method which is used to detect the edge of two - value image, and reduced the time of fixing on the edge. The experiment result showed the method is effective.
