摘要
昆虫资源非常丰富,昆虫油脂及其中含有的脂质是一类具有很多生理活性功能的物质,因此具有较高的研究及开发利用价值。本文综述了近几年对昆虫脂质的开发与利用现状及其研究进展。
Insect resourses are rich in China. Moreover, Lipids from insects manifest Various biological functions. Thus, it would be researched and developed extensively. This paper reviewed the research and developmental progress on insect lipids during the pase decade of years.
