异质焊接接头加热过程中的碳迁移现象研究 被引量:12

摘要 对两类焊材施焊的SUS3O4与G102异质接头分别进行了短期与长期加热,之后作了接头碳元素分布的电子探针扫描分析及显微硬度测定。结果表明,长期加热之后,采用A302焊材施焊的接头焊缝与G102界面附近存在明显的增碳区、脱碳区以及较大的显微硬度“落差”,使接头的高温蠕变性能恶化;采用Inconel82焊材的接头G102例焊接热影响区碳化物沿晶界大量析出,使该部位的抗高温氧化性能降低。 Dissindlar metal jointS of SUS 304 and G102 welded with two welding materials wereheated separate1y for a short time and for a long time. Electron probe scan-analysis of carbondistribution of these joints were then conducted and the ndcrohardness detendned.The resultsshow that after a long time heating, there were obviously an growing carbon zone, a decreasingcarbon zone and a higher difference in Ancrohardness in the adjacent areas of the interfacebetween the weld and. G102 welded with A302. So the high temperature crerp property of thiskind of joints deteriarates. Apart from this, a large quantity of carbide were separated alongcrystal face of G102 HAZ welded with Incone182 thereby lowering the high temperatureoxidation resistant in this zone.
