摘要
为了探索双壁波纹塑料管用作水井井壁管和滤水器时的耐压抗形变能力,以不同规格的PVC双壁波纹管加工成的不同开孔率的双壁波纹管滤水器管材为研究对象,对其进行了均匀围压试验.结果表明:试验管材的变形破坏过程表现为在较短时间内的突然破坏,介于塑性与脆性破坏之间;管材的抗均匀围压强度与管材的开孔率成线性关系,开孔率愈大,其抗均匀围压强度愈小.
Taking twin jewels corrugated water filter processed by the different specification PVC twin jewels corrugated pipe as the research object, the even round pressure test was carried out in order to research capabilities of compression resistance and anti-deformation of twin jewels corrugated plastic pipe. The result indicated that the destruction process of the experimental tubing distortion performed sudden destruction in a short time, which was between the plastic and the brittle destruction; the intensity of the tubing even anti-even round pressure have linear relation with open area percentage of the tubing, the open area percentage was bigger, the intensity of anti-even round pressure was smaller.
