摘要
用四种不同退火制度对含Ti的超低碳钢热浸镀锌极进行合金化处理,用光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察了合金化层的组织形貌,用X射线衍射方法和电子探针分析了合金化层的相组成,并对其性能作了研究。通过盐雾实验发现由δip相组成的合金化层耐腐蚀性最好;通过弯曲实验发现合金化层的剥落现象很普遍;对剥落的原因提出了自己的看法。
Specimens of Ti contained hot-dip galvanized steel sheet wer annealed under four different laboratory conditions. Optical microscope, canning electron microscope, X-ray diffraction and electronnmicroprobe were used to observe and analyze the microstructare of galvannealed (GA) coatings. Theproperties of the four typical GA coatings have been studied. It was observed that coatigs withδ1p, alloy showed the best corrosionresistance during spray tests. We offered our view to thepowdering and peeling phenomena, which were common to GA coatings duringbend .tests.
