摘要
研究了缺口对工业氧化铝陶瓷弯曲强度的影响。结果表明,缺口弯曲强度σnb与试件的应力集中系数Kt成反比而缺口报部断裂应力σf(=Ktσnb)与Kt无关。当弯曲强度服从Weibull分布时,其模量m是材料常数而标度因子σ0与Kt成反比。如弯曲强度服从正态分布,其平均值及标准差均与Kt成反比,而变异系数为常数。
The effect of stress concentrator on flexual strength of commercial aluminacerandcs is investigated and results indicate that notched flexual strength σnb is inverselyproportional to theorotical stress concentration factor of specimens Kt and frature stressat notch tip f (=Kt σnb) is independent of Kt when flexual strength follows weibulldistribution, modulus m is a material constant but scale factor σ0 changesinversely with Kt When flexual strensth follows Gauss distribution, both mean value andstandard deviation in strength are inversely proportional to Kt, but the coefficient forvariation in strength is a constant.
