摘要
建立了2个抽水蓄能电站运行优化模型:一个是考虑到抽水蓄能电站机组强迫停机率和机组容量超出或者少于系统需求时的效益损失而建立的抽水蓄能电站单独运行优化模型;另一个是考虑到电力系统中火电机组的调整出力能力而建立的电力系统中水火电站的全过程联合运行优化模型。提出了曲线脉动量化的方法。
Tow optimal operation models of pumped storage power station are presented. One is a single Optimal operation model, in which are considered the benefit loss of the pumped storage power station in the case of its capacity being more or less than the power system demand and the forced outage rate of the pumped storage power station units. The other is a whole process joint optimal operation model of pumped storage power station, in which the ability of modulating the output of thermal power units is taken into account, A quantitative method for curve fluctuation is proposed.
