厂站AGC在小电网与区域电网增益中的实际应用

摘要 自动发电控制(AGC)是调整电网频率与有功功率、保证电网安全经济运行的重要措施之一。文中介绍蓬安县电网与四川省电网实时挂网连接时,应用水电厂计算机监控系统高级应用软件AGC功能,依托马回扩建电站实现了与四川省电网之间实时控制上网负荷(电量)的生产需求。在电力大区联网和电力市场运营的新形势下,提供了提高电网AGC运行和专业技术管理水平的实例。 Automation generation control (AGC) is one of the important measures to adjust the frequency or active power of power grids and to ensure their safety and economy. AGC, witch is an advanced applied software function in the SCADA of the Mahui Hydropower Station, is applied to realize real-time control of the power grid load through Peng' an Grid which is linked to the Sichuan Province Grid. In the new situation of network interconnection and electricity market, this is an example of improving the operation and management level of AGC of power grids.
