介绍索风营发电厂的基本情况、运行值班方式的变化及相关规章制度的建立,根据电力系统的发展对电厂运行的要求,有针对性地开展生产技术人员的培训,打造一支复合型人才队伍,转变现行的运行值守职能,逐步实现运行、维护一体化,积极探索无人值班(少人值守)向集控运行转变的管理模式。

The general situation, change of operation and duty modes and correlative regulations of the Suofengying Hydropower Plant are introduced. ACcording to the request of the power grid, the technical personnel are trained and the operation and management modes are improved in the plant. The integration of operation and maintenance is realized step by step. The management mode is changing from unmanning to centralized control.
