Project Management-based Maintenance Project Management System of Three Gorges Hydropower Plant

三峡电厂检修项目管理系统是在三峡电厂已经成功实施的企业资产管理系统(ePMS)基础上,通过技术手段,在ePMS的技术框架体系内实现标准项目管理软件的功能,在一套系统中融合了企业资产管理和项目管理2种管理理念,较好地满足了电力企业以冬修为代表的大型检修项目管理的需要。

The maintenance project management system of the Three Gorges Hydropower Plant （TGHP） is based on the ePMS implemented successfully in TGHP. Two ideas of project management and enterprise asset management are applied to the system, and the functions of the standard project management software are realized in the ePMS architecture, satisfying the demands of maintenance project management of electric power enterprises.
