在经济全球化和区域经济一体化进程中,城市群已经成为城市发展的新的空间支配形式。我国中部地区要实现"崛起",必须依靠各城市群的发展。中部地区是承接东部产业转移的重要平台,应在充分发挥区位和资源优势的基础上,加快推进产业结构优化升级,实行区域整合和城市化战略,以经济的腾飞带动中部地区的整体起飞。

In the process of economic globalization and regional economic integration, urban agglomeration that dominated by space has become the new pattern of urban development. In order to make central region rise sharply, it is necessary to depend heavily on the development of urban agglomeration. As the important platform to accept transferred industries of eastern region, the central region needs to exploit its advantages in geography and resources, to promote optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. We must adopt the strategy of integration and urbanization to stimulate economic growth, and then accelerate the development of central region.
