根据青岛市经济发展进程,青岛市的新农村指标体系主要从"生产发展、生活富裕、乡风文明、村容整洁和民主管理"五个方面设置量化指标24个,并制定目标值及实现阶段,以便指导和考核青岛市的新农村建设。青岛市发挥好龙头作用,要正确认识社会主义新农村的内涵,避免形式主义和片面认识,采取切实可行的措施早日建成社会主义新农村。

According to the progress of economic development of Qingdao city, The new index system of Qingdao countryside will be set up 24 quantification indexes which from 5 sides, such as production development, abundant life, civilization of countryside, clean and tidy of countryside and democratic management. And also formulated the value of objective and stages of accomplish so as to act as a guide and examine for building new countryside of Qingdao city. Qingdao city should play the leading role to avoid externalism and unilateral cognition, and take feasible measures to construet new countryside as soon as possible.
