摘要
就业能力包括职业获取能力、职业胜任能力和环境适应能力。就业能力不足制约着高校毕业生就业竞争力。高等教育的价值取向、专业设置、课程体系及教学模式塑造了大学生的专业能力并引导大学生非专业能力的形成。高等学校分层管理与分层发展和有效的毕业生就业指导工作有助于提升大学生就业能力。
The employment ability consists of acquiring ability, professional competence and environmental adaptability. The deficiency of employability restricts the employment competence of university students. The professional ability of students come from the factors showing in higher education--value orientation, speciality provision, and curriculum system and teaching model, which also leading the formation of non-professional ability. Layer-management, layer-development and effective guidance of employment performing in higher schools will help to promote the employment ability.
