维生素B_(12)混合液治疗宫颈癌患者急性放射性皮肤损伤的疗效观察 被引量:9

摘要 目的:探讨宫颈癌放疗患者急性放射性皮肤损伤的防治方法。方法:对2005年8月-2006年10月我院98例宫颈癌放疗患者出现I级放射性皮肤损伤时即进行配对分组治疗,实验组用维生素B12混合液(VitB12500μg×20支+0.9%生理盐水250ml+庆大霉素48万U+地塞米松20mg)纱布浸湿局部外敷,15-20分钟/次,2-3次/日,7天为1疗程,连用4个疗程;对照组单用金因肽液喷涂,疗程同上。结果:实验组:总治愈率18.37%(9/49);总有效率(CR+PR)69.39%(34/49);其中腹股沟区、会阴部和肛门周围总有效率(CR+PR)65.91%(29/44);对照组:总治愈率8.16%(4/49);总有效率(CR+PR)42.86%(21/49);其中腹股沟区、会阴部和肛门周围总有效率(CR+PR)41.30%(19/46)。总治愈率两组无显著性差异;总有效率两组有显著性差异,P<0.05;腹股沟区、会阴部和肛门周围总有效率两组有显著性差异。结论:宫颈癌放疗患者急性放射性皮肤损伤关键在于早期预防和治疗,维生素B12混合液湿敷是治疗急性放射性皮肤损伤的一种既经济又有效的方法。 Objective: To study the prevention and therapy for patients with cervix cancer and radioactiviticy skin destruction Methods: Ninety- eight cervix cancer patientswith grade 1 skin destruction after radio therapy entered the study. The experiment group used vitamin B12mixed liquor( Vitamin B12 500μg × 20Amp and 0.9% NS 250ml and gentamicin 48U and hexadecadrol 20mg) and applied the part with sodden gauze, 15 -20minute ,2 -3 times per day. A course of treatment was seven days, totally 4 courses; the control group only used genetime spray painting, and the courses were the same as experiment group. Results: The experiment group: total cure ratel8.37% (9/49) ; total effective rate(CR + PR)69.39% (34/49) ; total effective rate of iliac region, perineal position and anus surrounding (CR + PR)65.91% (29/44) ;the control group: total cure rate( CR/N ) 8.16% (4/49) ;total effective rate (CR + PR)41.30% (19/46). total effective rates of, the two group had obvious differences; for total effective rates of Iliac region, perineal position and anus surrounding had obvious difference. Conclusion: B12 mixed liquor, is an economic and effective method for acute radiotherapy skin destruction.
