唑莱膦酸配合放疗治疗骨转移疗效观察

A cinical observation of bone matastasis treated by zoledronic acid combining with radiotherapy

目的:评价唑莱膦酸配合放疗在骨转移治疗中的疗效。方法:共搜集骨转移病例85例,随机分为二组:40例行单纯放疗,以6MV-Xay源皮距照射,靶区内剂量30Gy-45Gy。另一组45例放疗,于放疗前或后应用唑莱膦酸(天晴依泰)4mg加入生理盐水100ml滴,每两周重复一次。结果:唑莱膦酸+放疗组总有效率(CR+PR)91%,较单纯放疗组有统计学差异(P<0.05),疼痛缓解中位时间,较前组明显延长。血清游离钙水平唑莱膦酸+放疗组较单放组明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:放疗配合唑莱膦酸能有效缓解骨转移患者症状,在治疗中起到协同作用。

Objective：To evaluate the effect of bone metastasis treated by radiotherapy combining with zoledronic acid. Methods： From 2006 to 2007, 85 patients of bone matastasis were divided randomly into two groups ： radiotherapy,40 patients treated with radiotherapy using 6MV-Xay radiation tumoricidal dose of 30Gy-45Gy; radiotherapy combining with zoledronic acid, before or after radiotherapy apply zoledronic acid with dose 4mg, 1/2w. Results： The partial response rate of radiotherapy group and combination group were 82.1% ,91%. There was significant difference among two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Blood samples were collected and measured Ca^2＋, in combination group was lower than the radiotherapy group （P 〈 0.05）. For median time of relief, combination group was prolonged. Conclusion： Zoledronic acid combining with radiotherapy can improve symptom of cancer patients with bone metastasis.
