肿瘤相关纤维母细胞是肿瘤间质中的主要细胞成分,对恶性肿瘤的形成、分化、免疫逃逸和浸润转移有着重要的调节作用,本文就肿瘤相关纤维母细胞与肿瘤发生发展的研究进展作一综述。

As the predominant cells in the tumor stroma, tumor-associated fibroblasts play an essential role in the regulation of tumor formation, differentiation, immune escape , infiltration and metastasis. We review the pro- gress of research on tumor - associated fibroblasts and tumor initiation and progression.
