摘要
在由序列医学切片图象重建三维细胞的过程中,对同一细胞在相邻切片中各剖面的配准是关键的一步。本文介绍一种借助转动惯量计算构造细胞剖面的等效椭圆并进一步对等效椭圆匹配以获得所需的几何变换进行剖面配准的自动方法。该方法已用于人体骨髓中巨核细胞的3-D配准并取得满意的效果。
In the process of 3 D cell reconstruction of serial sections through medical tissues, the registration of cell profiles in consecutive sections is a critical step. This paper presents an automatic registration method that builds up the equivalent ellipses of cell profiles with the help of the moment of inertia and then matches these ellipses to obtain the required geometric transformations. This method has been applied to the 3 D registration of megakaryocyte cells in human bone marrow specimens with satisfactory results.
