盘状结构域受体1与脑肿瘤研究进展

Research advance of discoidin domain receptor 1 and brain tumors

摘要 盘状结构域受体l(discoidin domain receptor1,DDR1)是一种跨膜的酪氨酸激酶受体,其特异性配体为胶原蛋白,活化过程不同于经典的RTK,激活后参与细胞内外信号传导,促进肿瘤细胞的黏附与迁移,与肿瘤的增值、侵袭、转移密切相关。研究表明脑肿瘤中DDR1呈高表达,在胶质瘤及垂体腺瘤中均可通过上调基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)的表达,降解细胞外基质,从而增强肿瘤的侵袭性。
