摘要
探索现代运动训练周期理论对跳远、三级跳远项目训练的调控机制与促进作用。小周期计划训练对跳跃项目赛前大强度训练与恢复调整更有利于创造比赛佳绩。
The principles of athletics training cycles gradually replaces the traditional ones which ever promoted athletics because of the constraints of competition sports mechanisms and the development of science and technology. This paper aims to explore the adjusting and controlling mechanisms and the promoting roles of the modern athletics training cycle theory in athletic trainings such as long jump and triple jump so as to find its applications in practice. It concluded that importance should be attached to the development of one or two special skills at each stage of the training and that the high level competition training mode with the characteristics of the intensive training and the approximate coordination of workout and training intensity may be fit for upper-level athletes , and that the short periodic planned training will make a big contribution to good performance in the intensive training before the lumping competition and the body recovery and adjustment.
