The ideological and political education course is seen as a main source for university students to get ideological and moral education. And ＂ Ideology and Moral Education ＆ Basic Law ＂ is the first course for students to start their university life . The teachers should have dual identities in the class and advocate the idea of ＂student first and student＇s all - round development＂ in the reform of teaching methods and they should reform the exam ways to improve the actual effect of teaching.
