民营企业党员组织观念探析

Analysis of Awareness of the Organization Among the Party Members in the Private Enterprises

当前,民营企业党建工作如火如荼展开;但很多民营企业的党建工作仅停留在组织建党层面,思想建党环节薄弱。职工党员组织观念淡薄,表现在理想信念动摇、缺乏党员意识、忽视党员权利、逃避党员义务、怠慢组织生活等方面。党员组织观念淡薄的危害巨大,不仅损害了党员职工在群众中的威信,而且妨碍了党组织在新经济组织中战斗力的发挥,最终会破坏党在社会中的形象。要在民营企业家的配合下,通过完善民营企业党组织建设、充分发挥党组织作用、加强民营企业党建工作领导、加强党员员工的理论教育等途径不断提高民营企业党员职工的组织观念,真正提升党在新经济组织的影响力。

The Party building work in the private enterprises has been made a great progress. However, the work still stays at the layer of the organization building, and it is weak in the thought building of the Party members , in other words , some of the staff CPC members have weak awareness of the organization , such as lacking a sound spiritual belief of the communism and a strong sense of a CPC member . They ignored the rights and obligations of a CPC member and stayed away from participating the organizational activities. As a result, the prestige of the CPC in the public would be hurt , the ability of leadership from the CPC in the enterprises may be weakened, and the image of the CPC may be ruined. In order to strengthen the awareness of the Party among the staff Party members and reinforce the influence and leadership of the Party on the enterprises, some actions should be taken in collaboration with the private entrepreneurs through bettering the organization construction to play the CPC＇ s full role , to strengthen the supervision on Party building , and to shape the staff Party members with scientific ideas ,etc.
