摘要 球面浮箱式拍门是在球壳形拍门基础上经改进提出的一种新型拍门,它吸收了球壳和浮箱式拍门的优点,结构轻巧、运行阻力和闭门撞击力小。依据国内普遍采用的2m直径拍门,利用水力学和刚体力学原理,分析研究这种拍门的动力学特性,包括它的开启角度、闭门时间和闭门撞击力等,得到DN2000球面浮箱式拍门的最优设计参数。研究表明:这种拍门较平板或平面浮箱式拍门在水中的浮重小,开启角度大,能有效减小水流阻力、节能省电;第二,它重量轻、转动惯量小,从而使闭前角速度和闭门撞击力减小;第三,因门扇为球面,受力条件改善,其强度、刚度好,有望取代同种规格的其它型式拍门。 The spherical floating flap valve develops from the ball-shell-type flap valve. It takes advantage of the ball-shell-type and floating flap valves, including light structure, low resistance and hammerblow. The article analyses the hydraulic characteristics such as the unlocking angle, locking time and hammerblow according to the hydraulics and geostatics. Then the best parameter of the DN2000 flap valve can be acquired. The research shows that compared with the flap valve and the plane floating flap valve, it has much advantage such as low floating weight, large unlocking angle, low resistance and energy. The weight and the moment of inertia are low. So the angle rate and the harnmerblow are small while locking. Finally because of the spherical valve, its rigidity is better and can take place of the other kinds.
