摘要 介绍了应用于综合评价的模糊优选模型,并与多种指标权重计算法相结合组成多种评价方案,提出了一种评价方案的择优方法基于兼容度和差异度的灰色关联分析法,以用来对多种评价方案进行择优。以广东省水库为例,运用上述方法对其不同地区大中型水库总体健康状况进行综合评价,结果说明将上述方法应用到水库总体健康状况综合评价中是切实可行的。 A fuzzy selecting optimum model applied in comprehensive evaluation is introduced, and combined several indicator weight calculation methods with the model, several evaluation schemes are formed. The paper gives a method for selecting optimum from evaluation schemes - a grey relation analysis method based on compatibility degree and difference degree, and by using it the optimum scheme can be selected from several evaluation schemes. The paper takes Guangdong province as example, and by using above-mentioned methods the comprehensive evaluation of large or medium reservoirs total health in different region is carried through. The result shows that above-mentioned methods applied in comprehensive evaluation of reservoirs total health are feasible and effective.
