The paper discusses the quality control technology, installation of high-voltage and low-voltage power distribution cabinets, installation of earthing and lightning protection devices, installation of cable trays and cable laying, the key points of electrical testing control in electrical construction. Some common failings of the major electrical installation （including electric machine, earthing device, cabinet or box, power transformer） quality encountered in everyday practice are summarized and their corresponding measures are put forward.
