减少LASIK术后干眼症的探讨

目的:探讨减少LASIK术后干眼症的措施。方法:对310例(620眼)行LASIK的近视患者,采取术前筛选、围手术期干预治疗和减少危险因素综合措施,观察术后1wk;1,3mo干眼症发生情况。结果:术后1wk88眼(14.2%),1mo72眼(11.6%),3mo32眼(5.2%)符合干眼症诊断标准,且均为轻度。结论:加强术前对干眼症的筛选,掌握激光手术时机,采取围手术期干预治疗及减少危险因素,是减少LASIK术后干眼症的关键。

AIM：To study the measures to reduce dry eye after laser in situ keratomileusis（LASIK）.METHODS：A total of 310 cases（620 eyes）which had undergone bilateral LASIK for the correction of myopia were included in the retrospective study.Preoperative screen,perioperative intervention treatment and risk factors reduction were combined applied to these cases.Dry eye was observed at 1 week,1 month and 3 months after operation.RESULTS：Low-grade dry eye occurred in 88 eyes（14.2%）at 1 week,72 eyes（11.6%）at 1 month and 32 eyes（5.2%）at 3 months.CONCLUSION：It is important to combine preoperative screening,perioperative intervention treatment and risk factors reduction in reducing dry eye syndrome after LASIK.
