Determination of organochlorine pesticides in soil by ultrasonic extraction gas chromatography

摘要 本文采用超声波萃取-气相色谱法测定土壤中八种有机氯类农药残留,方法简单、快速、灵敏度高,检测限在0.70-2.4μg/L之间,回收率在81.4—105.5%之间,精密度在4.08—8.52%之间。 A method for the determination of organoehlorine in soil using ultrasonic extraction gas chromatography is presented. The proposed method is simple, fast and accurate with high reproducibility and sensitivity. The relative standard deviations were in the range of 4.08 % -8.52 %, the spiked recoveries ranged from 81.4% to 105.5% and the detection limit was 0.70 - 2.4μg/L
