基于灰色系统方法的湖北省森林资源可持续性评价

Evaluation on Sustainability of Forest Resources in Hubei Province based on the Method for Grey System `

首先构建了适用于湖北省森林资源可持续利用的评价指标体系及以灰色关联分析方法为基础的森林资源可持续利用层次灰色综合评判模型．应用该评判模型分析湖北省1990～2005年森林资源可持续利用状况，结论为15年间湖北省森林资源利用状况总体良好，其可持续利用水平整体上呈现上井的趋势，仅有2000～2001年的可持续利用水平呈向下的微小波动，与现实情况较为符合．认为层次灰色综合评判模型应用于区域森林资源可持续利用评价是可行的．

An evaluation indexes system suitable for forest resource sustainable utilization in Hubei province and a hierarchy grey comprehensive evaluation model based on connected analytic method were established. The model was adopted to analyze the situation of sustainable utilization of forest resources in Hubei province from 1990 to 2005 years. As a result, the utilization situation during 15 years was generally sound and the level of its sustainable utilization presented a rising trend, but a minor fluctuating downwards from 2000 to 2001, all of which conformed to the actual situation. It was feasible for the model to evaluate the regional forest resource sustainable utilization.
