摘要
教师的专业成长既具有连续性又带有阶段性,在每一个成长阶段都具有该阶段一般的、典型的特征,如何根据教师专业成长的规律和特点,灵活地应用各种途径与方法,营造一个适合教师终身学习需要的教育与学习环境是教师专业发展关注的重点。
Teacher professional development is a continuum,each phase displaying its specifically general and typical characteristics.It is highly significant how to build an environment that meets a teacher's needs and adapts to various approaches and methods.
