摘要
管制问题的研究已经成为国内外经济学研究的重要领域,本文试图对管制的成本收益做出制度经济学分析,并从新制度经济学角度,对成本收益分析法做出评价,提出可以通过运用交易费用的边际分析法来弥补传统分析方法的不足。
Research on regulation has been an important field of economics. The paper attempts to make the economics analysis of regulation＇s performance. Based on the new institutional economics, it evaluates the cost-revenue analysis method and holds that the transactions cost＇s marginal analysis method can make up for the shortage of tradition analysis method.
